We are a locally based , family run Rental Management company. We will market and let your property out on your behalf but we will be here where your property is and keep an eye on everything for you.

 

How good is that, someone sitting in another country, letting your property out for you but can't even see what's going on with your property !

We are local and we will introduce your property to your clients ourselves and make sure everything goes smoothly and efficiently.

We will check your property prior to letting so everything is in order.

If there is anything needs attention, we will notify you and get it done on your behalf. As well as renting your property out, you will also get your property looked after in this new great way of rental system.

Traditionally, property owners pay up to 25 % commission on their rental income to the agents. We are changing that.

Didim Rentals will only charge a yearly fee to be in our rental program and take care of all necessary work relating to rental of your property.

What does DidimAfterSales Property Rental Management do?

Didim AfterSales is a property management company that handles all aspects relating to your property.

1) Property Analysis –Didim AfterSales Property Management will visit the address in question and advise you on the suitability for it becoming a rental property. We will also advise you of what we believe the market will pay to rent your investment.

2) Market Analysis –Didim AfterSales Property Management will advise you as to the state of the market at the current time and how your property fits into it.

3) Advertising- Didim AfterSales Property Management will take digital pictures of your property and place them on our website for potential renters to view. When necessary we can also place advertisements in local publications.

4) Showings –Didim AfterSales Property Management will receive all phone calls from potential renters. We will answer questions and arrange for showings. Didim AfterSales Property Management will then show your property to potential renters.

5) Tenant screening – Once a renter has expressed an interest to rent your property Didim AfterSales Property Management will do all of the appropriate background check. This might include credit history, reference check and or financial status.
Please note, this will be mainly for long term lettings

6) Lease signing- Didim AfterSales Property Management will coordinate and supply a legal lease for the tenant to sign.
(For long term lettings)

7) Move in inspection- Didim AfterSales Property Management will walk through the apartment with the new tenant and will mark down any deficiencies and items that need work.

8) Coordination of move in - Didim AfterSales Property Management will coordinate with all parties the move in time and procedures. 

9) On going management support – Didim AfterSales Property Management will be the organization that the tenant calls (no matter the hour) if problems arise. We will then take appropriate action. For example, this might be the arranging for repairs, answering questions on how the thermostat works or even advising us that mail has arrived in error.

10) Financial services – Didim AfterSales Property Management will collect rent from tenants and ensure it is sent to you in a timely manner. All monies will be deposited into your Turkish Bank Account. We advice that you have an internet banking facility so you can check your account anytime you wish.

11) Monthly reporting - Didim AfterSales Property Management will send you, via email, a monthly report on activity relating to your property. This might include such things as repair requests and tenant concerns.

12) Move out inspection – Didim AfterSales Property Management will conduct a move out inspection with the tenant and arrange for any repairs that need to be done. Didim AfterSales Property Management will be the company that the tenant calls.

What does renting our property Furnished mean?

A furnished apartment is very similar to a nice hotel room. To be considered a furnished property in the Holiday Rental market, it must contain everything one would need to live comfortably.

This includes a television, fully equipped kitchen, all linen and even an alarm clock. Furnished apartments also need to include local telephone service.

You are not required to supply this service but if you do you may ask the phone company to block all long distance calls , internet service is an advantage , same as multi channel cable television package and cleaning once every two weeks.

As the owner, you are responsible for all the bills such as water, electric, gas, local taxes, and cable bills, etc. The tenant will pay only one bill and that is rent. The rent is to be all-inclusive.
